Flat sheet: our size guide

Are you looking for a beautiful flat sheet for your bedroom but feeling a bit lost among all the sizes we offer? Don’t worry: we’re here to explain everything!

Have you discovered Embrin’s flat sheets?

Have you ever slept in linen sheets? Known for their exceptional softness, linen sheets are also the most environmentally friendly you can find. Linen fibre, in addition to requiring very little water to grow, produces almost no waste. Durability, flexibility, temperature regulation... This fibre has plenty of advantages! Embrin offers you a whole collection of flat sheets certified Oeko-Tex and made in Normandy, at the family farm in Ambrumesnil.

Our size guide

Unlike the fitted sheet or duvet cover, the size of the flat sheet isn’t always obvious to choose. It doesn’t match the size of your mattress or your duvet. In fact, it should completely cover the mattress and be easy to tuck in at the head of the bed.

Discover Embrin’s washed linen flat sheets!

The flat sheet can be folded squarely in a military style or left to drape over the sides.

In any case: go for a generous size.

To help you choose, just follow this guide:

Mattress size Flat sheet size
80-90 x 190 cm or 80-90 x 200 cm 180 x 290 cm
140 x 190 cm or 140 x 200 cm 240 x 300 cm
160 x 200 cm or 180 x 200 cm 270 x 310 cm

Flat Sheet in Washed Linen Prune Stripe

Charlotte Sabine
