Moodboards 2022–2023

Because Embrin is not just a brand of linen products, but also a way of life, we are delighted to share with you our trend moodboards for 2022-2023. Directly inspired by the latest directions in interior design, our moodboards reflect current yet timeless trends. These trends respect the authenticity of every home and embody the innocence and freshness that define our style.

The Japandi Trend

A fusion of Scandinavian and Japanese influences, Japandi is a refined blend of hygge and wabi-sabi. Like its major sources of inspiration, the Japandi style pauses time and invites calm and contemplation. Simple and pared-back, it consigns old trinkets and decorative clutter to the attic, making space for the essentials and, in turn, peace of mind. Japandi favours organic materials such as slate, linen, travertine or raw wood, and natural shades like beige or carbon black.

The Neo-Rustic Trend

This interior style straight from the US skilfully combines rustic settings and raw finishes to create an elegant yet authentic effect. A close cousin of the chic country style, it stands out for its pared-back feel and use of raw materials or original rural tools. Its aim: to blend old and new and stage a return to our roots.

Very Peri: Pantone Colour of the Year 2022

Chosen as Colour of the Year by renowned colour specialist Pantone, Very Peri is a blue with violet undertones that radiates originality and invites both daydreaming and whimsy. A bold shade, still rare in interiors, we suspect it will soon be adorning a few walls by winter 2022. Here are the Embrin creations that will perfectly complement this contemporary and distinctive décor.
