What are the conditions to benefit from it?
At Embrin, you can enjoy payment in 3 interest-free instalments for any order over 199€. For this, you must hold a credit card issued in France such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Prepaid, non-French, virtual, and systematically authorised cards are unfortunately not compatible with this payment system.
How to take advantage of payment in 3 interest-free instalments?
To pay for your order in three interest-free instalments, simply shop, proceed to validate your basket, enter your details, and choose your delivery method. It all happens at the "payment" step! You just have to select "Payment in 3X" from the options offered, as shown in the photo opposite.
Once the option is selected, simply wait for the approval of your financing request. If it is not accepted, Alma may ask you for some supporting documents. But rest assured, over 95% of requests are automatically approved.
Once your request is accepted, you will receive a schedule indicating the date of your future withdrawals. Worried about forgetting? Three days before, a little reminder will be sent to you. Is this type of payment secure?
Yes, all payments made with Alma are fully secure. With each request, the system always verifies your identity using 3D Secure. You will then receive an SMS confirmation or a Push notification from your bank to ensure that it is really you and not a fraudulent operation.

What if I want to cancel or get a refund for my order?
An order paid in three interest-free instalments is identical to one made with a traditional payment method: nothing changes! If you encounter a problem with the product, or if it simply no longer pleases you, you have 14 days to let us know and contact us so we can proceed with a refund or exchange.
